Request for ProposalWestside Regional Center's Department of Community Services issues Requests For Proposals (RFP's) when there is a need to develop specific facilities, programs or workshops. As part of the Statewide Community Placement Plan, Westside Regional Center is granted Start-Up funding for the development of services for consumers moving to the community from the State Developmental Centers.These funds are awarded to the Service Provider that submits a proposal that best meets the development requirements requested through the Request For Proposal (RFP) process.
