Westside Regional Center was selected by the Department of Developmental Services to receive Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) grant funding to develop and oversee programs that address the needs of individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders and developmental disabilities (dual diagnosis). The three MHSA funded projects are: (1) The Los Angeles Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Education Program (FY 2009-2012), (2) The Los Angeles Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Tools for Assessing Quality of Services Program (FY 2011-2014), and (3) The Los Angeles Transition-Age Youth Service Integration Program (FY 2011-2014).
