To be an effective advocate for your child, you need information from
Westside, service providers, and schools, as well as community programs
and resources that can assist you. To help you, Westside Regional Center
has also included a section on resources that we hope will be useful to
you.
 Family Center on Technology and Disability (FCTC) – this resource is designed to support organizations and programs that work with families of children and youth with disabilities. They offer a range of information and services on the subject of assistive and instructional technologies. Whether you're an organization, a parent, an educator, or an interested friend, we hope you'll find information that supports you in your efforts to bring the highest quality education to children with disabilities.
Mental Health & Developmental Disability Resource Directory –This resource directory was developed for participants of the L.A. MHaDDE Program. The aim of this resource directory is to provide mental health and developmental disabilities resource listings of available local community resources in West & North Los Angeles Counties.
Regional Center or Vendor/Contractor Whistleblower Complaint Process – this information is provide to you from the
Department of Developmental Services on the process for handling whistleblower complaints regarding alleged improper activity by the regional center or vendors/contractor.
